Granite 4.0 - Indic Language Support

Leading the development of Indic language capabilities in IBM's Granite 4.0 large language model. This project focuses on improving multilingual understanding, generation, and reasoning for low-resource Indian languages through advanced transfer learning and fine-tuning techniques.

Multilingual Transfer Learning Framework

IIT Bombay & IBM Research | 2022-2024

Developed a comprehensive framework for multilingual transfer learning that enables effective knowledge transfer from high-resource to low-resource languages. The framework has been successfully applied to various NLP tasks including machine translation, and named entity recognition.
